INVESTOR PROGRAM

In the Investor Program, Trinity takes full custody of Investor’s vehicles. Trinity provides Comprehensive Management in daily operations. Investors receive shared income monthly without a hassle. The title of vehicles remains under the Investors. 

Investor’s Responsibility

Investor is responsible for providing vehicles with acceptable condition, without service lights, recalls and mechanical issues. Trinity can also help Investors to finance, lease, or purchase vehicles from dealerships as well.

Trinity’s Responsibility

1. Trinity is responsible for running the vehicles provided by the Investors including but not limited to managing the car sharing business, delivery/return the vehicles, cleaning the vehicles before/after each trip, hosting the guests, providing customer service, emergency management and handling any other issues during the daily operations. 

2. Trinity is responsible for maintaining the vehicle under functional, safe and legal running status. The duties include but are not limited to regular maintenance, handling car insurances, updating car registrations, repairing damaged vehicles (see * Special Notes) and any other works that keep the vehicle sound and safe the business. Investor might be asked for reimbursements for actual costs. 

3. Trinity is responsible for providing professional service, upholding Investors’' interest, and maximizing Investors’' income.

Investor’s Earnings

​

Investor’s Earning = 50% rental income. The payment will be disbursed monthly. 

Retirement

Investors can choose to retire the car and quit from the program anytime with two months’ notice in advance.

Damages

• Definition.
   

1. Partner should carefully document the vehicle’s before and after condition each time. The photos work as important evidence for damage claims. 

2. Trinity will not be responsible for minor damages or wear and tear, defined as damages under 3 inches, such as ding and dent)

3. Trinity will not be responsible for any mechanical issues that are not caused by the rental.

4. Trinity will not be responsible for any losses caused by force majeure.
    

• In case of an accident.
   

1. Trinity will be responsible for handling accident claims through Turo and follow through the process. 

2. Trinity will claim the insurance based on the priority: Renter’s insurance, Host’s insurance and Partner’s insurance. 

3. Trinity will pay for the deductibles.

投资人计划

在“投资人计划”中，投资人将自己的汽车全权托管给Trinity。Trinity将提供完整的管理服务以保证租赁的日常运营。投资人将按月收到一定比例的收入分成。汽车的所有权在投资人名下保持不变。

投资人的义务

​

投资人有义务提供成色尚可、没有严重的机械问题、外观损毁、厂家召回的车辆。Trinity也可以帮助投资人在4s店中购买或租赁全新的车辆用于租赁。

Trinity的义务

​

1. Trinity有义务为投资人的车辆提供完整的租赁服务，包括但不局限于洗车、送车、接车、客户服务、危机处理等一切日常运营所需。

2. Trinity有义务保持投资人的车辆始终在安全与合法的状态下运营。Trinity将为投资人处理日常保养维护、选购汽车保险、更新汽车注册、修复损伤（*细节详见附录）和其他一切保持车辆符合平台要求的环境中运营的一切事务。投资人或许会被要求报销实际开支。

3. Trinity有义务将投资人的利益放在第一位。始终以投资人利益最大化为中心。

投资人的收入

​

投资人收入 = 50% 租赁收入。按月支付。

​

退出项目

​

投资人有权在提前两个月通知的基础上，在任何时候选择退出项目。

* 附录

损伤修复/车祸

• 定义

1. 合伙人有义务在接收或给出车辆时用照片记录车况。在车辆有损伤时，前后照片档案是最有力的证据。

2. Trinity不对小于3英寸的小划痕以及正常使用中的折旧负责。

3. Trinity不对因不可抗力造成的车辆损伤负责。

4. Trinity不对在租赁之外的时间造成的车辆损伤负责。
    

• 如果发生了车祸... 

1. Trinity会负责在Turo平台、租客、保险公司之间居中协调并且全程跟踪事情处理。

2. Trinity会按照租客保险 - 我方Turo保险 - 投资人的保险为顺序索赔，优先级依次降低。

3. Trinity会支付所需的最低保险自付额。
